EyeSwoon has partnered with Route to simplify the resolution process for shipping related order issues. 

By purchasing Route protection, you ensure your EyeSwoon order is covered should the unpredictable occur. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged upon arrival, the Route Team secures a replacement or issues a refund within a matter of hours.

While Route Protection is not required, we highly recommend it. If you would like to remove it from your order, you may do so in your cart prior to checkout. If you missed the opportunity in checkout and would prefer to remove it, we can issue a refund as long as the order has not shipped. Once your order has shipped, it is considered protected by Route and the fee is non-refundable.
