What is your return policy?Updated a year ago

We accept returns on select items, in their original packaging and condition, within 7 days of receipt. To determine return eligibility, please review the product listing. Please note, all made-to-order pieces are final sale and non-refundable. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping and our team recommends using a service that provides shipping insurance. EyeSwoon does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost or damaged in transit. 

Once your items are received, refunds are credited to the original form of payment, less outbound shipping.

*Please note, we do not offer support for orders once shipped outside of the United States by a freight forwarder or similar service. If you elect to use a freight forwarder, items should be inspected prior to international forwarding.
